Good value. Great about providing what's next on the service schedule an oil change or two ahead of time so you can do some planning. Always calls before conducting any additional work required but not on the original work order.

A warning light showed on the dash n Steve checked n explained to me exactly what was happening n why it was good that I had it checked. He gives a discount to senior citizens n for following s&h auto on fb. I appreciate his care for the customer as well as good service on the vehicle.

Steve Stehman and his crew are the best. Five stars doesn't come close to covering it. I've done business with Steve for 20 years. Owning a box of tools doesn't make you a mechanic. S&H Auto is the best there is in Lancaster County, PA. When I was younger, I did a lot of wrenching. I used to work on high performance cars. Steve is the best there is.

He went above and beyond by helping provide a loaner vehicle when my car was in the shop and my wife and I were trying to figure out the logistics of our transportation situation. Great mechanic!! I was in and out in an hour for emissions/ inspection. They told me an estimated life of my tires and breaks so I have an understanding of how much life is left in them. Overall fast, trusting service!!

Steve and his team are very knowledgeable about every vehicle I take there for service. I am a contractor with one vehicle I use for my business. They keep it in top running condition. I was reffered to s and h by aaa. I was totally in the dark. They told me the problem and gave me an estimate. I was totally at there mercy and was told it would be several days till they could get to it. A day later it was complete $3 under the estimate....i am thrilled.
